Pricey wine may be tailor made for Louis By Donna Goodison - Article Courtesy of:  Boston Herald Upscale clothing retailer Louis is applying for a retail package store license so owner Debi Greenberg can devote a small portion of the Fan Pier store to selling high-end regional cognacs and wines, according to her attorney, Bob Allen. “This is a trend that she’s seeing in New York and Italy in the fashion districts,” he said.
